I always said meme-vertising would have been a good response video to catvertising, but I guess now it’s a real thing.
At least it’s well done and fits the brand. It’s by the Hive, who were featured on an episode of AMC’s The Pitch. Which, as I mentioned on twitter, proves that clients always choose the wrong concept.

OK, so I’m cheating again. I’m not posting this for the copy, but for the Banksy-style graffiti that Ikea is doing to their own ads in Milan.
I think the concept could have been refined a bit more. If the idea is “People make designs come to life” than why not have ads with only inanimate objects and make all the graffiti people?
Maybe I’m just being to literal. It’s cool and it’ll get noticed.

I’m glad I found pictures of these billboards, because I’ve seen them around Toronto and they’re just about as bad as they come.
You might not immediately hate these from the images above. But imagine them as billboards. Drive by and try to figure out what the hell the copy says. If you manage to decipher the message in the seconds that you have, well done. If you can do that AND find the branding, well then your car is probably in a ditch. Enjoy your yogurt.
Now I just have to find a picture of that Kressman wine board.
